Job Description

Looking for a new direction in your healthcare career? We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist, ready to embrace an exciting opportunity for growth and change.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist ready to embrace an exciting opportunity for growth and change. In our outpatient setting, you’ll work with patients of all ages, providing care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, sports rehabilitation, and post-operative support.

Your responsibilities include developing and implementing physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or surgery.

You will help patients achieve their maximum performance, resume Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and improve functional abilities.

Additionally, you may offer educational services to hospitals, outpatient clinics, and communities to promote injury prevention and overall health.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a small-town atmosphere and modern equipment, along with the autonomy to work independently with support from a PT Director.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science (BSPT), Master's degree (MSPT), or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Current Physical Therapist license in Texas.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and basic proficiency in computer systems, particularly Electronic Medical Records (EMR), are essential.

Exceptional customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills are crucial. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information is imperative.

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical activities necessary for patient care and the operation of medical equipment.

Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment is expected. You'll also educate patients on the use of adaptive and therapeutic equipment.

Perks

  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 (based on experience).
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • 401K with company matching.
  • Paid holidays and time off.
  • Attractive Sign-On Bonuses.
