- Assess, stabilize, and determine the appropriate disposition of patients with emergent conditions consistent with core privileges.
- Participate in orientation and be available for on-call duties during the assignment period.- Variable patient encounters per shift, ensuring a high level of patient care and attention.
- Participate as part of a team in a Level 2 trauma facility.- Adhere to all facility protocols and regulations, maintaining a focus on patient safety and quality care.
