We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights, develop predictive models, and help drive data-informed strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and validate predictive models using a variety of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Communicate findings through visualizations and reports, making complex data understandable to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing products and services.
- Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to support ongoing projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms for model development.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to a variety of audiences.
