Job Description The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the nursing unit's operations, including financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction.
Direct reporting responsibility to designated nursing leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Current KY RN licensure or compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky
- 5+ years of nursing experience in an academic medical center hospital
- 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in an academic medical center hospital
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
