About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 260 Days Shift : 8 Hours Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of two years in a home setting within the last ten years License : Current RN Licensure in New York State Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required before the start date Must-Have : - Two years of experience in a home setting, which may include work with Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA), Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSA), or Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC).
- Recent experience conducting comprehensive assessments of patients.- Ability to review health status questions and make evaluations based on UAS criteria for enrollment.
- Ability to work with technology in the workplace.-
