Job Summary :

The Supportive Housing Director is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and programmatic success of supportive housing programs serving young adults (ages 18–24) and adults in sober living environments. This leadership role ensures that housing services are trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented, and aligned with best practices in housing stability, mental health, and substance use recovery. The Director oversees program staff, ensures regulatory compliance, manages budgets, and fosters a culture of accountability, empowerment, and respect within the housing community.
