What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage sales campaigns using Volley and transactional emails
- Oversee email journeys and transactional emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create engaging email and text content
- Work closely with analytics to assess the efficacy of email journeys
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders on project progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing project management
- Understanding of email marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with personalization strategies and A / B testing
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
