Job Title : Behavioral Health Team Leader, Full Licensed (LPC, LCSW) Job Location : Lawrenceville, GA

• Direct Clinical Care provides individual and group therapies using evidence-based interventions
• Crisis Management
• Clinical Documentation
• Case Management, Referrals, Collateral & Treatment Team Contacts
• Outpatient After-hours Call Rotation
• Clinicians are expected to assist in coverage of after-hours outpatient client calls via *phone only*.
• Rotations are for one week and the frequency of rotation is dependent on the amount of staff covering the calls. (An additional supplement is provided to staff that cover a weekly shift.)
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Requires long periods of sitting / standing
• Must have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy
• Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens
• Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities Note : Some positions may require a valid driver's license
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Training & Experience :

• Masters degree from an accredited program
• Georgia professional license as LPC or LCSW
• ONE year of supervisory experience in the mental health field
• ONE year experience working with mental health and substance use disorders
• Experience with Carelogic or other ECR / EMR
• At least one year of experience working in Community Mental Health Care with SPMI, MH & SA.
• Must pass criminal records fingerprint check.
