- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adapt to rapid changes in patient conditions and unit priorities.- Participate in continuous professional development and education opportunities.
