M-F from 08 : 00 am to 05 : 00 pm

Job Details :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
You'll assist with order processing, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up on customer concerns will be key.
Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Join us to deliver exceptional service and support!
- At least 6 months at customer service in any industry.
- High school diploma.
- Fluent Spanish (Preferable).
