Job Opportunity : Director of Emergency Department
Join a community hospital that has been providing excellent care for over a century. We are seeking a Director of Emergency Department to lead a dedicated team in an emergency department that sees 28,000 patients annually.

Position Highlights :
- Emergency Department Leadership : Lead a rural ED with strong connections to the community, working closely with first responders and mentoring nurses at all levels.
- Commitment to Excellence : Familiarity with AHA guidelines for cardiac and stroke care is important, along with a collaborative mindset to work in a DYAD partnership with providers.
- Accolades : Our ED is recognized for its excellence with top ratings and awards for cardiac and stroke care.
Requirements :
- ED clinical experience
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience
- BSN and BLS certifications
- Advanced certifications preferred : TNCC, ENPC, CEN
- Advanced degree preferred : MSN, MBA, or MHA
