MSI is seeking a Part-time Sales and Document Service team member in our Document Services division located in our Burnsville office .
This Unique role offers a variety of duties in document processing, upselling in a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to support one of our offsite locations as needed.
Hours are flexible and between 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM M-F. This will be a customer-facing role and will require a professional appearance and strong communication skills. What You Will Do :
- Provide printing and copying services to meet and fulfill customer project deadlines.
- Prospect for new business in the Document Services Division of business to penetrate territory & increase customer base.
Commission earning potential!!
- Generate estimates for customer print inquiries.
- Conduct needs analysis appointment and closing new projects.
- Offsite backup in one of our Field locations.
- Track project activity.
- Maintain monthly records of billable production.
- Support and troubleshoot service issues or placing service calls as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Ideal Candidate will have :
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent attention to detail for image quality, etc.
- Motivated to earn additional income through upselling document services.
- Must be able to manipulate (not lift) a 50lb. box of paper.
- Available to assist clients with their requests and be able to multi-task as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work flexibility - may assist with other tasks in the production center as needed after proper training.
- Professional appearance and communication skills are important in this position.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean Driving record
- Reliable Vehicle
- Experience with Microsoft office
