Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with and nurture leads from our quality inbound lead system.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Counsel and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the ideal price under the most advantageous terms.
- Maintain and update a catalog of available properties.
- Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements :
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick thinking with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Active real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
