Set on a 36-acre campus in Commack, NY, the Gurwin Healthcare System includes the 460-bed Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, memory care, respiratory and ventilator care, palliative and hospice care, social and medical adult day programs, and on-site dialysis and infusion therapy.
Sharing the campus is Gurwin’s Assisted Living community (Gurwin Jewish Fay J. Lindner Residences) and our independent living community (Fountaingate Gardens).

The LPN Supervisor should be caring and compoassionate and must possess excellent nursing skills in addition to strong leadership capabilities to continue our reputation of providing the gold standard of excellence in assisted living.

Requirements Include :
- Current valid NYS LPN License. Previous knowledge / experience of geriatric nursing preferred.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with strong relationship building and be an effective leader.
THIS POSITION WOULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
