APN / PA to Perform House Calls in Camden County
Primary Responsibilities :
- Initiate and complete detailed patient assessments & physical exams
- Conduct wellness exams and sick visits
- Evaluate and manage common and acute chronic diseases
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and lab results
- Refer and collaborate with other providers
- Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies
Requirements :
- Computer literate & EMR proficiency
- Unrestricted APN license in the State of NJ with at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Current DEA / CDS
- Willingness and ability to work independently
- Personable, passionate, and energetic
- Ability to travel within Camden County
- Previous experience with Medicare-eligible patients is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
