Location : Lewisville, TX - Potential for Work From Home
Start Date : 11 / 4 / 2024
Pay : $13.50 / hour $540 weekly pay while you train and learn the job. $15.00 / hr. once hired perm $640 weekly pay!
Training Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm (Flexible to train until 7PM and on Saturday as needed)
Work Schedule : Monday - Saturday : 10am-7pm (You will work every Saturday and have another day off during the week). Always off on Sunday.
Job Responsibilities :
- Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound customer service calls from customers / clients who are having trouble with their garage door system or need help programming wireless devices.
- Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department.
- Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products.
- Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email
- Maintain proper documentation of customer files
Requirements :
- Service oriented skills - customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
