Experience Required :

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in duties associated with management consulting services.

Position Overview :

The Principal Consultant provides high-level consultation services to clients, managing daily operations, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and maintaining client relationships. The Principal Consultant plays a crucial role in directing major strategic initiatives and ensuring that goals and objectives are met within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Consultation :

Provide executive-level consultation services to the Customer.

Offer strategic advice and direction to senior management.

Client Interface and Relationship Management :

Maintain a senior-level interface with the Customer.

Develop and maintain strong Customer relationships.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Customer.

Project Management and Performance :

Organize and direct the overall performance of the Customer PO (Purchase Order).

Ensure the timely performance and completion of all obligations under the Customer PO.

Formulate and enforce work standards.

Allocate financial and human resources and material assets.

Strategic Initiatives :

Formulate organizational strategy and direct major strategic initiatives.

Participate in the design phase of tasks and ensure their successful execution.

Assist on large, complex, or multi-discipline engagements.

Authority and Decision Making :

Possess the authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor.

Ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within budgetary parameters.

Qualifications :

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in management consulting services.

Proven track record of providing executive-level consultation and managing complex projects.

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to make binding decisions and lead major strategic initiatives.

Experience in resource allocation and budget management.
