Western Pennsylvania and Ohio

Salary : 100k-110K base + 50% bonus + car allowance + benefits + 401K

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector of the building products industry, specializing in exterior building envelope, is actively seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Renowned for delivering top-notch building envelope solutions that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality, our client stands as a trusted source for building professionals across North America.

About Our Client : With an established reputation for excellence, our client is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a dynamic professional to join as a Territory Sales Manager.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, benefitting from mentorship and coaching to eventually assume the full responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities : As the Territory Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies, targeting distributors and contractors in your territory.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to surpass targets.
  • Providing comprehensive product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Expertise : Proven track record of direct sales to distributors and contractors, with a strong understanding of building envelope products.
  • Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
