About The Position
Job Title : Certified Medication Technician (Aide)Job Specialty : Certified Medication Technician (Aide)Job Duration : 13 weeksShift : 12-hour shifts;
can self-schedule and choose shiftsGuaranteed Hours : Not specifiedExperience : Minimum 2 yearsLicense : Valid on the State CNA registryCertifications : Must have MT certificateMust-Have : Strong teamwork and communication skillsJob Description : - Provide both direct and indirect care to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment for residents.
- Collaborate with residents and other care providers effectively.- Must be a graduate of a State Board approved CNA course.
- Previous CNA experience of 1-3 years preferred; consideration given to new CNAs with relevant work experience.- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Must have flexibility to cover 24 hours / day, 7 days per week and to float to other units as needed.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience providing proficiency in required responsibilities may be considered.
