About the Role :

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents? As a Nursing Shift Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing our dedicated team of RN, LPN, CNA, and secretarial staff. Your leadership will help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with the nurse manager and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans for each patient. Your expertise will guide our team in achieving our financial, quality, safety, and operational goals while delivering exceptional customer service that embodies our Brand Promise and Core Values.

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Overseeing and ensuring compliance with Nursing Department staff schedules.
• Facilitating emergency medical assessments and care for residents.
• Serving as a clinical resource for staff in problem-solving and skill enhancement.
• Coordinating rapid admissions with nursing staff and the admissions department.
• Promoting staff development through planned in-services.
• Maintaining continuity of resident status with hospital supervisory staff.
• Supervising mealtime experiences for residents and ensuring proper documentation.
• Leading quality assurance initiatives within the Nursing Department.

Physical Requirements :

This role involves medium work, requiring the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is also necessary.

Compensation :

Pay Range : $34.50 - $48.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
