They are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in EMI / EMC assessments, RF systems, and team leadership to join our growing engineering team.
Position Overview :
The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development, testing, and certification of electrical systems for space launch vehicles.
This person will be responsible for performing in-depth Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) assessments of hardware, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
This individual will also manage a team of junior engineers, guiding them in design, testing, and integration of electrical systems, with a particular focus on RF technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough EMI / EMC analysis, assessments, and testing on hardware systems to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
- Lead the design, integration, and validation of RF systems for space launch applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize electrical systems performance for space vehicles.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers, helping to develop their skills and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Develop and execute test plans for EMI / EMC and RF systems, ensuring all hardware meets required specifications.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on EMI / EMC assessments and RF systems.
- Proven experience in space, aerospace, or a high-reliability engineering environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, testing, and troubleshooting RF systems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior engineers.
- Proficient in industry-standard EMI / EMC and RF testing equipment and software.
