The key responsibility of this position is to boost the customer base by selling attractive insurance plans to present and potential clients while handling accounts daily.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with clients to build a customer base.
- Generate leads through cold-calling and other sources.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Shop renewals based on business updates and plans and current market conditions.
- Constantly looking for new opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding.
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Update and Make changes to insurance policies as needed.
Requirement
- Property and Casualty License necessary. Willing to provide the support to the right individual.
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS) and Basic computer software.
- Capacity to plan and prioritize one's workday.
- Ability to be open-minded, listen actively to comprehend directions and process new information. Work effectively with colleagues to ensure teamwork and productivity.
- Establish a professional work setting to generate a healthy atmosphere and guarantee effective communication.
