Other information :
Arkansas State board license. Minimum of one year professional experience or completing all professional facility competencies as required for Staff Therapist II.
CPR certification. OTR or registry eligible occupation therapist. BS or MS graduate of a AOTA accredited OT curriculum program.
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical competence from the American Speech-language hearing Association.
