Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)
Job Location : Chicago, IL.
Job Schedule : 9 / 16, 9 / 17 and 9 / 23, 9 / 24. Dayshift.
Job Type : Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay rate : $130 / hr onsite patient care hours, $100 / hr telemedicine lab review hours.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Chicago, IL.
Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.
Usually no more than 20 patients per day.
Please still apply if you are only available on some of the clinic dates.
Responsibilities :
- Provide general wellness checkups.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Perform blood draws for patients.
- Advise / refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
Requirements :
- Valid and clean license to work in IL.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / (FNP-C) / (FNP-BC) / Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
- Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
- Must be able to commute to Chicago, IL.
