Objective
Inside & Out Maintenance, LLC is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our sales team.
If you have a can-do attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you.
Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
This position includes a base salary of $55,000 to $60,000.

Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience :
- Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish / English)
Requirements :
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong MS Office and CRM abilities
- Outgoing and energetic, with a dynamic personality
- Career-oriented, with a strong desire to win
