Warehouse Lead Job Details :

• Schedule : Sunday Night - Friday Night, start time varies from 6 pm - 8 pm, work until finished
• Pay rate : $21 - 23 / hr. (depending on experience)

Be in charge of leading the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Daily tasks include keeping track of work schedules, analysis of work orders, evaluations, etc.

Meeting hourly deadlines, developing associates, ensuring production is running efficiently, and team goals are being met .

Bring a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support the Operations Manager and the Management team as needed.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisor or lead experience
• Strong math, computer, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds
