Remote Special Education Teacher Position in Washington

Location : Remote (Washington-based or licensed in Washington)

Role Overview :
- Pay Rate : $33 - $38 per hour, depending on experience
- Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hours : Reliable and consistent
- Support : Access to a dedicated clinical team for guidance
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual environment.
- Deliver live and pre-recorded lessons customized to each student's learning style and requirements.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in special education and online teaching.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Valid licensure in Washington or your current state of residence (if applicable).
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
