CCCHC Killdeer Clinic team offers Primary and Preventative Health Care Services, Laboratory Services, Radiology Services, Care Coordination, Medication Assisted Therapy - Suboxone Program, Outreach and Enrollment, Health Education, Behavioral and Mental Health Services and Transportation Services.

Patient Support Specialist

The full-time Patient Support Specialist supports the smooth operation of the clinic by performing patient registration responsibilities and providing safe, reliable transportation services for patients. This dual role ensures excellent customer service at the front desk and dependable patient access to care through transportation services.

Experience / Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Current North Dakota Driver License & clear driving record, required.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems preferred.
