Description :
- The CSR takes inbound calls from customers and coordinates with the Dispatch and Scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manager and customer satisfaction remains high.
- Customer relations and order taking.
- 60 - 80 calls / day
- Monitoring the activity of drivers
Qualifications :
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Previous CSR experience (2 years)
Previous Call Center experience (2 years)
Schedule : M-F 8 : 30-5pm with a half hour lunch.
Pay : $22 - $25
