Mortgage Operations / Underwriting Manager

Is responsible for leading and managing the mortgage processing, underwriting, closing functions, and post-closing to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality loan production. This role ensures adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC), and investor requirements while maintaining superior service levels.

Education and / or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5-7 years of mortgage operations and underwriting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role within mortgage operations.
• DE (Direct Endorsement) or SAR / LAPP designation preferred.
• NMLS license.
