What we do :

The role will be instrumental in the development and building of the Cash Service Center (CSC), a once in a generation project for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Federal Reserve System.

This role will report to the CSC Program Executive and support the CSC Team, a group of high preforming professionals that include a program manager, project managers and a business analyst.

Your role as Construction Project Management & Business Analysis Associate :

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze project data, including budgets, schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate project status, trends, and key insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency.

Process Optimization

  • Evaluate construction processes, workflows, and procedures to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices, tools, and systems to enhance project management capabilities and performance.

Team Engagement

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, the CM, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, address concerns, and build consensus on project goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

What we are looking for :

  • Construction management with practical experience on construction sites, understanding the day-to-day operations or managing construction projects from inception to completion is preferred.
  • Certifications of Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Mangement Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are preferred but not required.

Salary Range : $87900 - $151200 / year
