Sr. Engineering Program Manager - Electrical, MEP

Key qualifications :

• Direct execution of projects over $20M
• BS degree in engineering
• PMP / PMI cert with proven ability to execute eight-figure projects.
• Strong experience in technical disciplines (electrical engineering, mechanical / MEP)
• Seven or more years of leadership experience
• Mission Critical / Data Center / Control Systems experience a plus

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years in the electrical, mechanical, controls industry with at least 7 years in a supervisory role.
• PMP / PMI Certification and expertise in project management methodologies.
• Proficient in technical disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and controls.
• Experience with POC Accounting and financial management.
• Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, and commissioning documentation software.
• Strong risk management and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Capable of working effectively in a matrix leadership environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve execution risks.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire a team of 5-10 indirect reports.
• Partner with HR for policy compliance and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Identify training needs and work with HR to implement solutions.

Work Environment :

Willingness to travel as required for project support.
