CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Schedule : Full time - Monday thru Friday

Your role will involve delivering top-tier customer service over the phone, staying ahead of the game with proactive follow-up, and offering vital support to ensure efficient issue resolution.
You'll also be the point person for managing service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, installation, and demonstrations, while meticulously documenting all interactions in the CRM.

General Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with factories, service agents and customers to efficiently solve issues as they arise.
- Efficiently and accurately communicate order information, availability, pricing, tracking to customers and general information to manufactures and sales representatives.
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Solve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Manage acknowledgements and invoices in our CRM system.
- Answer phones providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient experience.
- Data entry
- Ad-hoc items as assigned by Management and Sales Representatives Requirements :
- Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn new programs as needed.
- Efficient time management skills
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience
