Full-time / part-time / per diem surgical techs are needed in Stamford, CT, with flexible scheduling, a generous signing bonus for full-time positions, and competitive salaries.

Job opportunities include :

Part-Time Surgical Tech opening for an ambulatory location. Three shifts per week are required. 8.5 Hour Shifts : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM and 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Days of the week rotation changes weekly. For example, you may be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday one week and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday the next week.

Per Diem, Surgical Tech opening at the ambulatory location. 8-hour shifts; ideally seeking a commitment of 1-2 shifts per week.

Full-time Surgical Tech openings in the main OR. Flexible scheduling : 5 8s is ideal, but we are open. Call, weekends, and holidays required.

Full-time Surgical Tech opening in CVOR (must have cardiac / open heart experience) Flexible scheduling : 5 8s is ideal, but we are open.

Call, weekends, and holidays required.

Full-time Ortho Surgical Techs for our HSS OR. The schedule is 4 10-hour shifts : no weekends, no holidays, no on-call.

JOB SUMMARY :

Under direct supervision of the RN, assists the surgical team by acting as the primary scrub person who handles instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures.

The patient population includes infants to elderly patients.

Ability to commute / relocate to Stamford, CT.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent.

BLS certification required

Certification in Surgical Technology is required.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, their family members, surgical staff, physicians and other health care workers.
