Vice President of Restaurant Operations
Location : Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Florida Area
Salary : $170,000-$190,000 + Bonus Eligible
Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Paid Time Off
Must have Quick Service or Fast Casual Restaurant experience
Our client is a multi-brand quick service and fast casual restaurant group searching for a Vice President of Restaurant Operations with a proven track record of driving sales, developing teams, and maximizing profits.
The Vice President of Restaurant Operations is a highly visible, restaurant-facing, senior-level leader providing direction to Directors and District Managers and collaborating with support staff and key business partners throughout the organization.
Vice President of Restaurant Operations Qualifications
- 20+ years of senior-level restaurant leadership, directly responsible for 100+ locations.
- 15+ years of Quick Service / Fast Casual Restaurant experience is required.
- Proven track record of making an immediate impact throughout the organization.
- Experience with multiple brands is preferred.
