- temporary license process should be started prior to applying Certifications : BLS required (must be via AHA) Must-Have : Experience with EPIC Charting, UR experience, ability to handle a fast-paced environment Job Description : Case Manager needed for discharge planning in ortho / neuro surgical unit- Ability to manage multiple discharges and admissions daily- Experience in handling a fast-paced unit is essential- Dress code is casual business attire- Flu vaccine required;
medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed- EKG Testing not required for positionAll requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Note : The position is subject to health and fit testing requirements. The facility cannot accommodate a PAPR. A history of fit test issues will result in elimination from consideration.
Testing comprises basic knowledge of EKG rhythm, rate, PRI, QRS, and interpretation. A passing score is 80% or higher.*
