Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in CARMICHAEL, CA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to :

• Active CA Care Coordination / Case Management type : Case Management (Utilization Review) license
• 2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
• This position begins on 12 / 10 / 2024 and ends on 03 / 11 / 2025
