Premier Subaru of Fremont is currently seeking a Cashier / Customer Service Representative, Part-Time.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Processing cash / check / credit card payments from customers and outside companies.
• Perform closing procedures including balancing cash drawer and completing a transaction log.
• Maintain all files and logs in a logical organization and process all paperwork.
• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Acknowledge external and internal customers immediately and in a friendly and courteous manner.
• General clerical duties.
• Part-Time work on afternoon to evening and full day on Saturday.
• Providing support to team members in other departments as needed.

Qualifications :

• Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Possesses basic problem-solving skills.
• Punctual and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Available to work weekends.
