Qualifications :

- Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating system up to Windows 10
- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Understanding of network switches, routers, and firewalls
- Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and / or VMWare experience is a plus
- Certifications preferred (A+, Network+, CCNA, CCSP, MCP, MCSE, MCSA)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide tech support and answer questions from clients
- Provide support to clients both deskside and remotely
- Perform maintenance on systems and network equipment to prevent errors
- Troubleshoot problems and find fixes. This could include computers, printers, and all digital systems connected to the network
- Test software programs for defects and bugs
- Install and upgrade software and hardware to existing networks. This can also include adding memory, replacing drives, and installing accessories
- Remove Viruses, Malware, and other damaging programs from software
Train staff members to use various software programs and pieces of hardware
