Qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Professional
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system up to Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Windows Server
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of network switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and / or VMWare experience is a plus
  • Certifications preferred (A+, Network+, CCNA, CCSP, MCP, MCSE, MCSA)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Provide tech support and answer questions from clients
  • Provide support to clients both deskside and remotely
  • Perform maintenance on systems and network equipment to prevent errors
  • Troubleshoot problems and find fixes. This could include computers, printers, and all digital systems connected to the network
  • Test software programs for defects and bugs
  • Install and upgrade software and hardware to existing networks. This can also include adding memory, replacing drives, and installing accessories
  • Remove Viruses, Malware, and other damaging programs from software

Train staff members to use various software programs and pieces of hardware
