The Installation Project Manager (IPM) will directly oversee and manage all aspects of an 18-month project focusing on the installation and commissioning of our unique automated crane and manufacturing processing system onsite for our customer in Everett, Washington.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex installation projects within strict timelines and budgets.
This role requires the ability to effectively lead a team, coordinate with subcontractors, procure materials, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle from installation through commissioning, testing, and project completion.
Responsibilities :
Project Management : Lead and manage all phases of installation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Customer Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand and address customer needs, concerns, and expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Resource Management : Procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Problem Solving : Proactively identify and address programmatic and technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative solutions and mitigate risks.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that installation activities meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.

You'll need to build trust quickly to estimate and coordinate installation activities, procure required materials, and schedule assembly teams.
Flawless and timely execution depends on your ability to keep all project details and team members moving toward the finish line simultaneously without compromising safety.
You'll also skillfully coordinate existing customer production with high level leaders, skilled engineers, technicians, quality partners, and subcontractors.
Lastly, bringing your experience with large-scale, industrial mechanical projects, you'll hit the ground running by integrating with our teams in the field.

Requirements
Qualifications
- US Person
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
- PMP Certification
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Ability to develop project plans, schedule projects, and coordinate project completion on time and within budget
- Responds promptly to customer needs
- Coordinate activities for one or more projects simultaneously
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Familiarity with electromechanical systems, Hydraulics, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems and Control software.
