Patchwork is hiring an AM Prep Cook with Line experience
Patchwork is an American restaurant located in the Hyatt Centric in Center City. We do breakfast and dinner, as well as banquets and a cold food market.
This is primarily a prep position, but you'll also be required to train on the line so you're able to fill in if service gets busy or one of the line cooks call out.
We have a very reliable team, so that's a rare occurence, but it will be important to remain up to date on all the pickups for the hot buffet items and the a la carte menu

Duties :
Setting up cold buffet station
Breakfast & Brunch Prep
Market Prep (sandwiches, salads, fruit, yogurt, etc...)
Banquet Prep
Recieving Orders
