European Wax Center - Massapequa Park is looking to add a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to our busy center! GSA's have the ability to move up, if the performance is present and the opportunity becomes available.

As a Guest Service Associate, you'll strive every day to help our guests walk in and strut out! As an important part of our team, you will have the drive and dedication to succeed and to help your fellow associates succeed right alongside you.
Our comprehensive training will provide you with all the tools and skills you will need, and open your world of career opportunities! We are open 7 days a week and offer day and night shifts.
Here's what we're looking for :
Part-time availability with the opportunity to go full-time
Someone willing to pick up extra shifts when needed.
Customer service experience preferred
Sales and customer service oriented
Sales experience is preferred but not required. However it is a sales position, and you will be expected to meet benchmarks.
Required to work Saturday OR Sunday
Required to work AM and PM shifts
A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
A professional appearance at all times.
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and have attention to detail (absolute must!!)
Job Responsibilities :
Opening and closing the location.
Keyholder
Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location.
Providing customer service
Making confirm calls, checking the reservation book for errors, keeping yourself busy and productive during your shift
Ability to self initiate
Ability to work both individually and as a team
Managing the reservation book.
Answering the center phones
Upholding policies and procedures
Cleaning
SALES-Educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions.
