Construction Management - General Construction - GC / CM - Design Build
Our client, an excellent Commercial Construction company in the Greater Philadelphia area, is actively in search of a commercial senior project manager with strong experience managing assigned projects from pre-construction, buyout, closeout, and turnover to the client.
Applicants will have ground-up multi-million dollar project experience. This is a full-time permanent staff position.
Pharmaceutical construction experience is required for consideration.
Responsibilities :
Manage large multi-million dollar projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Requirements :
- At least eight (8) years or more of relevant construction experience.
- Salary is open dependent on experience.
- College Degree is a plus, NOT required.
