As a Senior Superintendent , you will join an extraordinary project team and be involved in many facets of construction, evolving existing operations.

You will be responsible for organizing the work, managing field staff, implementing safety protocols, scheduling, meeting cost control goals, ensuring quality workmanship, and assigning work activities .

You will lead large, integrated, or complex projects , guiding the professional development of Superintendents, promoting Lean Construction Practices , and contributing to the success of integrated projects.

Your expertise in High-End or Luxury Hospitality projects , along with experience in Multi-Family or Mixed-Use developments , will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the work, managing field staff, implementing safety protocols, scheduling, meeting cost control goals, ensuring quality workmanship, and assigning work activities .

You will lead large, integrated, or complex projects , guiding the professional development of Superintendents, promoting Lean Construction Practices , and contributing to the success of integrated projects.

Your expertise in High-End or Luxury Hospitality projects , along with experience in Multi-Family or Mixed-Use developments , will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience , with a focus on High-End or Luxury Hospitality projects .

Experience in Multi-Family or Mixed-Use developments is preferred. A college graduate with a relevant degree, you will have experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies.

You will have a willingness and passion to lead and develop teams, effective communication and collaboration skills, uncompromising authenticity and integrity, a passion to get things done, and confidence to present and win project pursuits .

An interest in integrated project delivery and process improvement is also essential.
