Position Information :
The Nurse Aide I supports and incorporates WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model by delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- The four key concepts of PFCC are : Dignity and Respect Listen to and honor patient and family perspectives and choices;
- Information Sharing Communicate and share complete and unbiased information with patients and families in ways that are affirming and useful;
- Participation Patients and families are encouraged and supported in participating in care and decision-making at the level they choose;
Collaboration Patients and families and the Nurse Aide I collaborate in the delivery of care. The Nurse Aide I understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission vision values and aspirational goals.
Experience Requirements :
1 Year Clinical - Related Area Preferred
Education Required :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - Or College Courses Nurse Aide Required
