We are looking for a Remote Customer SupportSpecialist to assist our customers with technical problems whenusing our products and services.
CustomerSupport Specialist responsibilities include resolving customerqueries recommending solutions and guiding product users throughfeatures and functionalities.
To be successfulin this role you should be an excellent communicator whos able toearn our clients trust. You should also be familiar with help desksoftware.
Ultimately you will help establish ourreputation as a company that offers excellent customer supportduring all sales and aftersales procedures.
Responsibilities
Respond to customerqueries in a timely and accurate way via phone email orchat
Identify customer needs and help customersuse specific features
Analyze and report productmalfunctions (for example by testing different scenarios orimpersonating users)
Update our internaldatabases with information about technical issues and usefuldiscussions with customers
Monitor customercomplaints on social media and reach out to provideassistance
Share feature requests and effectiveworkarounds with team members
Inform customersabout new features and functionalities
Follow upwith customers to ensure their technical issues areresolved
Gather customer feedback and share withour Product Sales and Marketing teams
