LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid optional u2013 one day remote.

Responsibilities :
- Assisting attorneys with complex transactional matters including corporate law, commercial real estate, and trusts and estates
- Drafting and filing business entity documents
- Conducting UCC searches
- Preparing real estate closing binders, tax returns, and estate planning documents
- Corresponding with clients
- Tracking deadlines and calendaring
- Performing legal research
Requirements :
- 5+ years of recent transactional paralegal experience
- Strong MS Office knowledge including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
