Job Summary :
Join our technology team at the forefront of innovation in mobile technologies and client experiences. As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer for our Client Platform, your role involves enabling our enterprise platform, redefining customer engagement through AI, and enhancing our beauty space offerings.
You'll be working alongside product managers, Enterprise architects, and data scientists to operationalize AI solutions and integrate them into operational products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute AI operationalization across the enterprise.
- Architect and maintain end-to-end AI systems on our platform.
- Implement solutions for both batch and real-time algorithms with focus on performance testing and A / B testing.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing business processes and improving customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and deploying new capabilities.
Must-Have Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in developing Machine Learning Algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
- Proficient in Python, Scala, or similar programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning systems into production.
Industry Experience Required :
Preferably in beauty or retail sectors, with a solid understanding of deploying AI solutions tailored to enhancing client experiences and operational efficiencies.
