A highly regarded boutique Trust & Estate law firm is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney to join their esteemed team.
We're searching for a highly motivated attorney with a high level of academic achievement and two to four years of litigation experience, preferably in estates and trusts.
The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping up with the workflow of a team environment.
The successful candidate can expect to manage and assist with all aspects of trusts and estates litigation and planning.
Qualifications and Skills :
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland State Bar
- 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in trusts and estates litigation
- Experience with trust administration and estate planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engages with clients with ease
- Strong research and drafting skills, precise and detail-oriented
- Reliable team player, committed to professional and firm growth and development
- Familiarity with local court rule and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
