Responsibilities

Search for market-aligned opportunities through the firm’s online subscription portals.

Collaborate with leadership and staff to produce qualifications submissions, proposals, and additional pursuits on tight deadlines.

Collaborate with leadership and staff to generate winning presentation materials for shortlist interviews and attend interviews (virtual and in-person), as required.

Attend project pre-bid meetings, pre-proposal conferences, and site visits.

Assemble compelling award submissions.

Maintain contract compliance efforts on all pursuits.

Coordinate inter-office and out-of-office special event schedule.

Prepare and maintain internal and external company communications, including firm website, press releases, and social media accounts.

Update and maintain the firm’s marketing database, including image files, project case studies, resumes, and additional marketing collateral.

Coordinate professional project photography.

Coordinate graphic design support and other related duties, as required.

Qualifications

BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

Three to five years of marketing experience, A / E / C industry preferred.

Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to meet multiple deadlines while meeting quality standards and on-time delivery. This position may require overtime to meet deadlines.

Must possess very strong grammar and writing skills, including proofreading.

Expert in Microsoft Office and proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.

Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Must possess a positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with leadership, staff, consultants, and others.
